Intrinsically Safe Operator Display can be mounted in an Ex e enclosure
BEKA are proud to announce a second version of Pageant their intrinsically safe Operator Display. Now with a certified impact resistant front panel, the new BA3102 display can be installed in an Ex e or Ex t enclosure without invalidating the enclosure's component certificate.
Both models have Ex ia intrinsic safety protection with IECEx, ATEX and UKEX certification allowing installation in all gas and dust Zones as a remote display, or a PLC. The Display employs industry standard CODESYS® runtime software which complies with IEC 61131 and has a lifetime licence. CODESYS runtime is installed in more than 1,500 different products worldwide, is supported by extensive documentation and will already be familiar to many users.
The CODESYS visualisation module Target\Visu enables custom screens to be developed for display on the 7 inch backlit trans-reflective screen, which is readable in all lighting conditions. Operator inputs may be made via the eight touch buttons which have tricolour LED backlight annunciators.
